Do you offer returns and/or exchanges? Not currently. We're a very small operation, every item is handmade. Since we don't stock a large inventory it's possible that the item you have purchased was actually made for you. 

Do you offer custom/bespoke orders? Also, not currently. In the past iteration of this business (AB Sutton Leather Goods) we did, and we may do this in future. If you sign up for our newsletter we will announce it there, if it comes to pass.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. The cost of shipping is paid by the customer, as are any VAT taxes.
